Viva Rehab is a residential treatment center in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, providing addiction and mental health programs to international clients. Our center sits along the riverbank on the quiet outskirts of the city, with a clinical team drawn from the UK, US, and Australia.
Viva is part of The Dawn Group, which also operates The Dawn Wellness Centre and Rehab, Asia’s only CARF-accredited treatment facility. This means Viva delivers treatment under the same clinical standards, using the same evidence-based methods and the same team of Western-trained clinicians. The difference is accessibility: Viva offers a separate entry point for clients seeking high-quality residential treatment at a price point that allows them to stay longer and go deeper.

Dedicated Trauma Program
A standalone clinical program, not just trauma-informed therapy woven into general treatment. Built around EMDR, TRE, trauma-focused CBT, and narrative therapy, and delivered by certified trauma professionals for clients whose addiction or mental health condition has roots in unresolved trauma.

Step-Down Program
For clients who complete 12 weeks or more, a structured program that bridges residential treatment and independent daily life. Clients remain on-site with supported time off-campus to practice their new skills in real-world settings.
TMS Therapy
Viva is one of the only residential treatment centers that offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) on-site as an option, an alternative for clients with medication-resistant depression and anxiety.
Addiction Relapse Warranty
Clients who complete 12 weeks of addiction treatment can return for an additional 28 days at no cost if they relapse within one year, because recovery doesn't always go in a straight line.
